Trilogy of Dragon Fruit and Fruits

INGREDIENTS

Fresh raspberries – 1/2 cup
Dragon fruit (pink or white) – 1/2 piece
Ripe banana – 1 piece
Milk (dairy or plant-based) – 1 cup
Plain or Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup
Chia seeds – 1 teaspoon
Honey or agave syrup (optional) – 1 teaspoon
Ice (optional) – 1/2 cup

Instructions

1. Prepare the smoothies in layers:
– Raspberry layer: Blend the raspberries with 1/3 of the milk until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey or agave syrup.
– Dragon fruit layer: Blend the dragon fruit with 1/3 of the milk until smooth.

– Banana layer: Blend the banana with the remaining milk and the yogurt.

2. Assemble the glass in layers:
– First pour in the raspberry layer, taking care not to mix it with the edges.
– Slowly add the dragon fruit layer over the raspberry.
– Finish with the banana layer.

3. Decoration:
– Sprinkle chia seeds on top.
– Optional: Add star-shaped cut fruit, or a touch of lemon zest for color and aroma.

4. Serve:
– Serve immediately in clear glasses to showcase the layers.

– Use a tall, narrow glass to highlight the layers.
– You can alternate colors with additional fruits such as blueberries or kiwi for an even more striking effect
