Pink Dragon Fruit Nest

INGREDIENTS

Pink dragon fruit – 1 large piece
Fresh strawberries – 1/2 cup
Fresh raspberries – 1/2 cup
Fresh blueberries – 1/2 cup
Fresh mint leaves (optional)– To taste
Honey or agave syrup (optional) – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Prepare the dragon fruit:
– Cut the dragon fruit in half lengthwise and remove some of the flesh, leaving a natural “bowl.”
– You can reserve the flesh to add to the salad or use it in another smoothie.

2. Prepare the fruits:
– Wash the strawberries and cut them into halves or quarters.
– Gently wash the raspberries and blackberries, making sure they don’t fall apart.

3. Assemble the salad:
– Gently mix the strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries in a small bowl.
– Fill the dragon fruit halves with this fruit mixture.

4. Decoration:
– Add fresh mint leaves on top for an aromatic and colorful touch.
– Optional: Drizzle with honey or agave syrup for a light sweetness.

5. Serve:
– Serve immediately to preserve freshness and vibrant colors.

– For a more visual effect, place the dragon fruit halves on a white plate or clear tray.
– You can add a touch of chia seeds or vegan granola for a crunchy contrast.
