Pink Dragon Fruit Breeze

INGREDIENTS

Pink dragon fruit – 1 large piece
Milk (dairy or plant-based) – 1 cup
Plain or Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup
Honey or agave syrup – 1–2 teaspoons
Ice – 1/2 cup
Lemon juice (optional) – 1 teaspoon
Chia seeds or granola (optional, topping) – To taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the dragon fruit:
– Peel the dragon fruit and cut the flesh into cubes.

2. Blend the drink:
– Place the dragon fruit, milk, yogurt, honey, and ice in the blender.
– Blend until smooth and creamy.
– Add lemon juice if you want a tangy touch.

3. Serve:
– Pour the smoothie into tall glasses.
– Optional: Garnish with chia seeds or a bit of granola on top.
