Dragon Fruit Duo over Pineapple

INGREDIENTS

Pink dragon fruit – 1/2 piece
White dragon fruit – 1/2 piece
Kiwi - 1 piece
Cantaloupe melon – 1 cup, cubed
Fresh pineapple – 1 large piece (cut in half)
Honey or agave syrup (optional) – 1 teaspoon
Fresh mint leaves (optional)– To taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the pineapple base:
– Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise and remove some of the flesh, leaving a natural “bowl.”
– Set aside the extra flesh to add to the fruit salad.

2. Prepare the fruits:
– Scoop out the flesh of the dragon fruits and cut it into cubes or balls.
– Peel and cut the kiwi into small cubes or slices.
– Mix with the cantaloupe melon and the reserved pineapple flesh.

3. Assemble the bowl:
– Fill the pineapple halves with the fruit mixture: pink dragon fruit, white dragon fruit, kiwi, melon, and pineapple.

4. Decoration:
– Add fresh mint leaves on top for an aromatic and colorful touch.
– Optional: Drizzle with honey or agave syrup for a light sweetness.

5. Serve:
– Serve immediately to preserve freshness and vibrant colors.
