Dragon FRUIT Spheres

INGREDIENTS

Dragon fruit (white or red) – 1 large piece
Fresh strawberries – 1/2 cup
Kiwi - 1 piece
Fresh mint leaves (optional)– To taste
Honey or agave syrup (optional) – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Shape the dragon fruit balls (parisienne style):
– Using a melon baller, scoop out dragon fruit balls and place them in a bowl.

2. Prepare the fruits:
– Wash the strawberries and cut them into halves.
– Peel and cut the kiwi into small cubes or slices.

3. Mix the salad:
– Gently combine the dragon fruit balls, strawberries, and kiwi in a bowl.
– Add a drizzle of honey or agave syrup if you want a sweet touch.

4. Decorate and serve:
– Place a few fresh mint leaves on top for a fresh and aromatic finish.
– Serve immediately to preserve freshness.

– Serve the salad in clear glasses to highlight the vibrant color of the dragon fruit or in the fruit’s shell.
– You can add a bit of granola or chia seeds for extra texture if desired.
